We’ve previously covered and evaluated what your beard style says about you, but what does having a beard, regardless of the way you choose to style it, really say about you?
- Studies have shown that bearded men are more likely to protect their woman. You know that guy that gets into a bar fight over the fact that someone smacked his woman’s behind? It is said that that guy, 8 times out of 10, has a beard.
- Apparently most bearded men grow beards for other men. It is basically a show of manliness. This allows them to be more dominant and gain more respect which could go a long way, especially in the corporate world.
- Most men grow beards when they want to change their lives. We’re sure you have heard about how a woman will change her hair style after a significant change in her life in order to give her a new attitude and a new look to conquer her new life. The man’s version of this is growing a beard.
- Men with beards are more likely to hold sexist views. Before you come for us, remember the saying, ‘don’t shoot the messenger!’ These men are more likely to grow a beard because it is seen as a sign of dominance and manhood.
